Sedona gives a photograph a strong sense of shape and color. Broad red cliffs, small desert plants, rough sandstone, and the changing sky can all become the main subject. These collections bring those different scales together.

Red rock landmarks and quieter views

The Bell Rock Pathway offers views of Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte, while Devil's Bridge is a natural sandstone arch in the Sedona area. My photo stories look at both the broad landscape and the details around it.

Look for the way the weather changes the red rock. Low clouds soften the distant formations, while clearer light brings out their layers and the green vegetation below.
